Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and heyybot.com, the operator of CUTKEEP. By creating an account, starting a processing job, or buying a plan, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them.

If you use CUTKEEP for an organisation, you represent that you can bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering this agreement. Account details must be accurate. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials, activity under your account, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access.

We may require email verification and a recent authenticated session for sensitive actions. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, shared to evade limits, or created through automated abuse.

CUTKEEP analyzes uploaded media and returns ranked, edited short clips. Output depends on source quality, language, format, duration, available speech, and service limits shown before processing.

A free account receives three source-video processing credits under the limits displayed in the product. One credit is reserved when a job starts. A credit must be restored when processing fails permanently before a usable result is produced. Creating multiple accounts to evade limits is prohibited.

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant the provider a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, transcode, inspect, transcribe, analyze, edit, store, and deliver that content only to operate, secure, support, and improve the requested service as allowed by the Privacy Policy.

You represent that you own the content or hold every permission needed to upload and edit it, including rights relating to video, music, performances, confidential material, likenesses, and voices. You—not CUTKEEP—decide whether a generated clip may lawfully be published.

You must review generated clips, captions, cuts, and scores before use. Automated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable, or dependent on source context.

Prices, currency, taxes, billing frequency, renewal date, included allowance, maximum duration or file size, credit expiry, and any overage are displayed before payment. The total payable amount and compulsory charges must be visible before you authorise Razorpay Checkout.

Paid subscriptions renew only after explicit authorisation. You may turn off renewal and keep access until the end of the paid billing period, unless a refund or law requires a different result. Razorpay processes payment credentials under its terms; CUTKEEP receives limited payment status and billing identifiers.

Refunds and credit restoration are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. We may investigate suspected abuse, restrict a processing job, remove unlawful content, preserve evidence, suspend access, or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to protect people, the service, or legal compliance.

Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to appeal. Urgent risks, legal orders, payment fraud, or severe abuse may require immediate action.

CUTKEEP and its licensors own the service, software, interface, brand, documentation, and technology, excluding your content. These terms do not transfer those rights. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, resell, copy, or create a competing service from protected parts of CUTKEEP except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Product feedback may be used without restriction or compensation, but it does not grant us ownership of your uploaded media.

We work to keep CUTKEEP available, but processing may be delayed or unavailable because of maintenance, capacity, source-media defects, third-party providers, internet conditions, safety checks, or events outside reasonable control. Features and limits may change with notice proportionate to the impact.

Third-party platforms, payment services, and AI providers have their own terms. CUTKEEP is not responsible for a social platform's ranking, moderation, takedown, format changes, or account decision.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that every source will produce a suitable clip or that outputs will be error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that carve-out, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. The provider's aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid by you for CUTKEEP during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This clause requires Indian counsel's approval before launch.

You are responsible for claims arising from content you upload, your breach of third-party rights, or unlawful publication of an output, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You may stop using CUTKEEP, cancel renewal, or request account deletion at any time. Termination does not erase payment obligations already incurred or records that must lawfully be retained. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including ownership, payment, liability, and dispute provisions—survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts and any agreed dispute process will be located in India, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
